When you join the Rio’s Japan Priority List or otherwise contact us, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

Your level of interest in participating in a future journey
Information you choose to provide in open-response fields or communications with us
We do not currently collect payment information through this website.

Joining the Priority List does not constitute a reservation, booking, or obligation to purchase a Rio’s Japan journey.
Rio’s Japan currently uses Google services, including Google Sites, Google Forms, and Google Sheets, to operate portions of the website and Priority List.
Information submitted through our Priority List may therefore be processed and stored using Google’s services.
Google may separately collect technical information when visitors use Google services, such as information about browsers, devices, identifiers, cookies, and usage. Google’s collection and processing of that information is governed by Google’s own Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only when reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate Rio’s Japan, such as website, email, form, data-storage, or technology providers.

We will not use your Priority List registration to send unrelated third-party marketing.
Our website is currently hosted using Google Sites and may include other Google services such as Google Forms.

Rio’s Japan does not currently use information collected through the Priority List for targeted advertising or sell Priority List information to advertisers.
